Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and HSA cards.
I can provide a receipt for your records to submit to your insurance company or health savings account but I cannot bill insurance.

Please, if you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment, 24 hours cancellation notice is required, otherwise you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
